Default has anyone polished the rearset

i have the 06 cbr1000 . the rearset look polished but not very shiny anyone here polished them ? and what was you procedure? tools and supplys !

Just forget about it. They will look nice for about a week or two and you will be doing it again. Chrome!

many hours of polishing to get nice and shiny , a couple of rides out and they will be scuffed to bits , carbon is good as dosent show the scuff marks off your boots as much ........

If you want to do it use 2000 grit wet sand paper. And some polishing compound.
Just wear sandals and you wont scuff them up.
