got smashed
well my 1000rr got smashed pretty good today but i got out of it with only broken ankle and bumps and bruises.its really crazy i got up this morning feelin really good weather was great and the ride was going well and the next thing you know your upside down broke in the middle of the street with all the stupid looks just driving by and the only thing the guy could say to me is "you came out of nowhere". thanks buddy i hope thats what the guy says when he runs your *** over. just a reminder for all you two wheelers it can happen anytime so keep your guard up and rubber side down.thanks for listening.jokes on me.
sorry to hear about the the prang, hope u have no probs and back on
the bike real soon, i still think that to get a car license u should have to sit a kind of one day type
bike safety course, then they would see what were up against out there!!

thanks chaos i will be be back on the road soon just not on that bike. got the estimate back and its a bad one, $8500 bad oh well i guess i will be looking for a new bike maybe i'll get a suzuki naw j/k honda 4 life.
yeah his insurance will pay for it but blue book my bike is worth $8750, so they say. my bike will then be totaled but i still owe $11000.so i have to come up with the difference.maybe the broken ankle will make some of that up.
Joker, your broken ankle should more then make up for the differnece, rule of thumb is whatever your medical bills are multiply it times 3 and thats what you should walk away with, you need to talk to an lawyer
I think I'd fight this in court... you lost the bike because of their driver's neglect. I can see your insurance giving you this story if the bike was stolen and you didn't have replacement/gap insurance, but they a-hole ran you over and now they don't even want to replace your bike. Court time.
Oh... sorry man, I hate to hear you lost your ride. I wouldn't trade my 600RR for anything else right now or 5 years from now.
