Default Fixing the "ops!" for cheap

Most of us have dropped our bikes at one time or another. If you happen to have a red CBR, I found out that Testos model paint "1103 Red Rouge" is a good match for covering up small dings and scrapes. It's cheap enough that it was worth a try ($1.38)

I should have sanded it first, but it still looks way better than the black that was exposed.

Additionally, my rear seat fell of while I was going down the road (I thought I secured it, but I was wrong) and it scraped the crap out of the seat. I found some (fake) leather in the fabric section of Wal-Mart and decided I would give it a try ($6 was enough to recove the front and passenger seats)

TIP: The staples will go into the hard plastic a lot easier if you heat the plastic first. I used a heat-gun, but a blow-drier might also do the trick

Looks good. I have yet to fix my oops from two summers ago. I might go with some yellow vinyl to cover mine.
