I love my 929 but is it worth it to put money into the bike to fix it up. Are 929's consider ancient by now

haha a 929 is still a contender in the canyons,drag strip and race track. fix her up or sell her to me for cheap since its so "old"

Its all the rider not the bike per say.

I freakin loved my 929! Period. If it weren't for having to sell it last fall, I would still have that bueaty!For the record, I'm a better than average rider, and there are few around me that can take their new bikes and do more. Take a look at this and tell me if you still would like to get new.

well I am a fan of the '9' but its no longer the top dog but its still a seasoned VET.

now what exactly does 3 grand do for you?

what exactly are you spinning the money on rather?

are you fixxing one that's trashed or are you hooking her up with paint performance, and some bling?

I only ask because I paid less than 3K for my erion and then went from there!

i hit a dog sunday and laid her down so im getting her painted, aftermarket rearsets, powerprogramer, carbonfiber odds and ends, db windscreen, bmc filter. its not all going on the bike though im gonna get another jacket, another arai helmet, and a few other things

well if you like the bike and its worth it to you then its just worth it.

watch out for those dogs!

must of been a good size dog, I hit a dead animal in the road and I though I was going to be donating organic material to the asphalt but it just felt like a speed bump.
