seriously though, this topic has been beaten to death. by "best" do you mean most power, loudest, best looking, cheapest,

if you are a serious rider who wants as much performance as possible out of your bike
go with sato, arata, arrow, hamaguchi, akro, leo vince,
(these coincidently are some of the lightest out there as well)
these even in the slip on version give 10 or more hp with a good custom map

if you just want loud
D&D is obnoxious loud
