Maybe you can remove te PCIII an see what the bike does ?
Take a step back in troubleshooting to the situation before you installed the PCIII because before that the bike was running well ?
The most logic thing to do in this case is to check electrical connections like powtiepwr said.
Recheck the wirings from cdu to pcIII !, how many volts is the battery? THIS HAS TO BE A ELECTRICAL PROBLEM, look in the owners manual for fuses and check those, if a fuse is blown replace it, if it is blown for the second time don't put a third one in it, look for the reason why
succes with it.

You'll have to add more details. It died but cranked right up or died and you had to wait or just died? You said it did it two more times -- aftet it was hot? Some of the PC connections could be suspect but the dealer prolly won't do warranty work with it installed (unless they installed it).
