I have broke in my engine my exhaust, if that is something that happens with exhausts, and am loosing engine breaking ability. When I let off the throttle its like I am in neutral. Its apparent in all the rpm range but more so in the lower rpm range. Does anyone know why?

When you say, "I have broke in my engine my exhaust", are you saying that you have a broken exhaust on your engine? If that's the case, that may be contributing to your problem, but there may be a bigger issue if you have zero engine breaking.
