towards the bottom of the page suggests that his euro version 1Krr ate up to about 1.5 L of oil during the first 2000 miles !
He's also complaing about the quick wearing Bridgestone BT015 tires.
Have you guys experienced simmilar ? Or he got himself a lemon ?
Thanx.

Should not "eat" oil at all really. Depending on how you ride, your back tire can wear down quickly.

That's an Excellent feedback I received from you guys on this matter. I'm Psyched ! I'm getting this bike . The "Yellow Jacket". I was gonna go w/ the All Black. I thought , ahh I'll be a bit more visable
and also I've had a 06 F4i in yellow as well. So I'm thinking >> continuation: same color , different style .

Mine is just over 4300 miles so a little overdue its 4k service. I checked the oil yesterday and it looked to be bone dry. I would normally check more regularly but its brand new and its a HONDA so I would not expect any problems. No sign of leakage so must just be burning it up. The o15 Battlax F compound are what goes on here as standard and you are half way through them by the time you leave the showroom. Good tyre though if you happy to get performance over economy.
