catalytic converter?

Default catalytic converter?

Just out of curiosity, more than anything else, do the '06-'07 non-cali 1KRR's have a cat? I felt around all along the pipe where I could squeeze my hand in and couldn't find an o2 sensor or wire. Just wondering because my F4i had one and it was also anon-cali model.

Yes they all have cats. They don't haveO2 sensors yet but I know all newSuzukis07 and up are Cali. emissions legal in all states.

I assume a full exhaust would eliminate the cat, but would a slip on?

No cats on the 06'(49 states)according to the owners manual. It says there are cats on the California bikes. I don't know about the 07's.

If a bike does have a cat and we take it out, aside from having a LOUDER bike are there any benefits/downside to it?
