I have an extra Carbon Fiber Heat Shield for a 05 CBR 1000rr that I picked up for a friend that never came through on it. Really nice piece but I already have one on mine. It cost me $95.00 but I would be open to reasonable offers if anyone is interested in it. This shield is manufactured by Carbon Fiber Works.
