Default Abrupt throttle question

I have a 2004 CBR1000RR4 I just purchased with 0.1 miles.

Two things I am noticing.

1) The second you let off the throttle or grab the throttle the bike slows or takes off (Very Jerky). So everytime I hit a bump the bike surges and then slows quickly. Railroad tracks are tricky. Is there a way to get the stock fuel injection remapped from Honda or do I need the stock bike map and a PCIII(EX)?

2) The shifting is a bit notchy between my 1st to second gear shifts. Is this normal? Will this smooth out with more mileage (I have only 262 miles)? Will it smooth out with a remap from a PCIII or a remap from Honda?

Not sure on that one , I would take it back to the dealer and let them check it out.

Yes

No , but a Gilles Gearshift Support will do wonders .
