it is true that the 600s are more forgiving and u kinda have more ***** on em.. at least from personal experience.... but what i also found id that a 1000 in its way is more forgiving than the 600, when im in the twisties and its one turn after the other, i dont necesseraly have to worry as much about getting in the perfect gear to come out of the turn as fast, on my 1k even if i forget to shift down i can still pull pretty dang fast coming out of a turn.

yes you're are correct, it's very different...on my F4i at one of my favorite twists, i'd be shifting between 2nd and third trying to find a good spot while on the R1, i just stayed in third and there was plenty o power.
but as far as being tossable...the new gixxer 1K is way tossable...
but if you compare say an RC-51 vs. 600RR...muahhahaha...RC is a pain to get used to.

ok taho i love your siggy. i guess i am just not getting it but then i ride a goldwing with the wife on board shes just 110 lb soaking wet but total weight fuel and all about 1000 lb i guess anything feels light after riding that but i have to admit the goldwing ant bad i have scrubbed the paint off of the belly pans and grand part of the center stand down
