05 CBR 1000rr - engine ticking
Ok, I just finished changing my oil to put my bike away for the winter and thought I would post a video of my bike. I ran it at 3,000 rpms where the noise seams to be the most noticable. Maybe compare and see if it sounds like your bike. If this noise is what your are reffering to, it is completely normal for this bike. These were very noisy engines. If its not, my apologies as I really don't hear anything out of the ordinary on your video.

thanks man!, that's the exact same noise....although.... its the least of my worries now....=/ wrecked it sunday =(

What happened to cause the accident?
VERY true! but ima fix her and get back going....
since i already told some1 this im just gonna copy and paste lol....
long story short....riding in a neighborhood, leaving to go to the hookah lounge...never seen a sign for a slick road and they messed up when they made the asphalt...they made it wrong...and didn't soak up the oil....so pretty much getting a lawyer and iv got proof of this ridiculous road......i'm gonna go take pics because they don't have 1 sign up saying slick asphalt....my tire came right out from under me...and my tires are less then 2 weeks ridden on...so no reason this should of happened and the son was out hasn't rained in like a week
