Sometimes just letting the clutch out slightly works too - it's what I do when mine sticks slightly.
Only ever happens when the bike is totally stationary. This would confirm Dylan's comment on movement.

Loctite 262 works for me. It's anti-corrosive too. I've never had anything I used it on come loose. You've just got to make sure you clean the thread with some solvent first.

A little bit of heat makes it easier to undo the bolts when you need to.
