I've had em on both carbed and FI bikes and noticed a nice difference in tone especially on my Blackbird. A K&N also gave my ZZR 600 a nice note to. Stock filters are prob fine but they need more maintenance than the K&N. Each to their own but of course.

All this K&N air filter talk reminded me to go out side and give mine a good washen. ..

fekin puncture, grrrr got all the gear on there about an hour ago and when it came down off the centre stand "I knew",,,

just pulled the wheel out there, and waitin on my puncture man.
................. by the time he gets here fixes it and we natter and he has a coffee and puts my wheel in, it will be near dark and my ride will have to wait to another evening.

grrrr! shoulda checked it when i was home on sunday.

Mine got some new coolant today. Castrol concentrate mixed at 50/50. The old stuff looked fine but at least I know its right. Not a big expense and it gives piece of mind.

^^ Yeah, I haven't cleaned mine up yet. She was dirty before the trip and she's dirty now.
I feel like I owe it to her, tho, since she treated me so well for over 1,300 miles....

got my chain on saturday. time to finish up the assembly this weekend after i sand blast/ header paint my V&H pipes tomorrow. the bike should be up and running within a week or two. it best be since i have a track day planned for june 12th.

SIMPLE ........... it was always moving a lot faster than yours in fact it got more grimed up in the
short time down there than yours did out and back to Indiana
