You and Sprock not brothers by any chance..........that's 3 each by my count.....
Spolt boys both of you

My bike got a wash after the windstorm that did my roof in - couldn't believe the dust in a closed garage.....EEK
Maybe a ride later as it's a public holiday here........

Not quite Shadow, I was merely the purchasing agent for Mrs Bear, - her son, her money. I just found it and negotiated the price.

I just may get to test ride it before it is handed over though.

Cheers, SB

Yeah what concerned me is the smoke continually got worse and then started on the other cylinders? that was really weird it was almost like valve seals all went at once.

LMAO!

Well It seems to have stopped but I'll know as soon as I get a decent day and can take her out and really open her up. What's top speed supposed to be? With the crappy jets I was only able to top out at 120 before.

That seat looks good!

I have just remedied his lack of a bike with this one............

Managed to educate the man as to the benefits of CBR1000F ownership The previous owner is as fastidious as Naga, so I know it is an honest bike.

Now, I will stop looking at bikes online for a few days

W0W super clean! And almost 3 times the mileage of mine! BTW There's been a sighting in the states!

LOL, that reminds me of the time I cleaned all the dust out of my garage and painted my jag and the next day found 10k dead spiders all over it! bug bombs from now on before spraying!!!!!

Depends on the gearing but if yours is standard you should get 155+ MPH without too much trouble

We'll have to start the Silver Mark 1 CBR1000F sub board

And unfortunately I will not be keeping this one. In fact, the only reason I really got it was so that Mrs SB's son would join the CBR forum and vote for me in this month's ROTM

I now know just what politicians go through to buy votes

Cheers, SB

He'll do you harm if you don't !

If I'd known you were buying votes with 1000F's I'd have waited........................LOL

Sprock - Pfffft - If you believe that, fine, don't expect me to fall for it

The latest red/white '92 CBR1000F Shadow was bought specifically for Mrs SB's son. The US import originally was destined for him, but I kinda intercepted the pass Uncle Naga can visit, advise on and ride the US bike, but it won't be returning to Melbourne in the near future............................

Fixed my broken fairings mounts this morning. They worked a treat. An idea of mine that actually worked for a change...lol. I'll post a small " how to " in the relevant section.
