What have you done to your CBR 1000f today?

I recently bought a 93 sight unseen from across the country. It had almost 19,000 miles on it, and the pictures looked good. Well, it was good. But.... I (being really lazy) took it to a local shop and asked them to do a once over on it from the maintenance standpoint.
New synthetic oil.
New brake fluid.
New coolant.
Lubed all the cables.
Checked all the rubber and hoses, I think they replaced one or two.
New plugs.
New grips.
New Metzler Sport Tec M3 racing tires.
I put a new leather Corbin seat on it.
It came with a Two Brothers single exhaust in an bizarre army green plaid, so we carefully painted it black.
I also got those Genmar handlbar risers to give me another inch of height.
It looks and drives like a million bucks. I love it.

finished projects
ended up putting the voltmeter/clock/temp unit above the gauge light cluster
as it worked better for me ........did it by bending some light gauge roofing
alum and inserting between the gauge light cluster and the dash trim
worked good also a pic of my new 9 LED License Plate Light tucked up
under the *** end

it is the same one as Pete has ........cost me $24.95
Decided to mount it up top .........easier to see for me
since I have all the other chit ........GPS , Cam and all
on the tank.........so had to have it up high.
Works good ..........just need to paint the bare alum
viewable through the screen ...........black so it don't stand
out so much ...........also drilled a hole in the front above
headlight dead center for the ambient temp sensor and
had a nice rubber grommet to fit in there good............
was a bit apprehensive doing it it but hey it looks and works
okay.
Couple of booster rockets, some furry dice and some wings
is all that's left .........maybe some purple **** pile
for the dash and some xmas lights for added effect too
THEN AGAIN MAYBE NOT THEN IT'D BE LOOKING WAAY TOO MUCH
LIKE TROUTS PIMPED OUT BLACK AND YELLER PUSH BIKE

Geez, mark... can you fit any more chit on that bike? lol..
You know, with that being an older model, you don't have many horses to work with. Does it still go with all that chit strapped to it?
If you could find like a 1959 Pink Cadillac, you could cut the wings off and weld them to your pipes. That might be cool...
BTW, I changed my Rotella T today and cleaned and lubed my chain with some WD-40!
Then I took her out for about 100miles up north.

So with WD 40..........must have one of those straight chains eh Trout ..........cuz we all
know how 40 hardens o & x ring chains and thins out the grease inside...........
but Rotella .........awesome there's hope for ya yet I suppose !
Ah it's not so bad Steve never really have em all on at the same time
and it all comes off in 30 seconds or less....even the voltmeter.
I fitted it with connectors for that purpose

At the rate of knots that I usually scoot around at , I would wind up using the CBR as a log splitter , as I head off into the tree's over the edge of the road side ...lol
