Added some cheap Walmart lights to the fender mounts


And for Sprock




Now I just have to make a new fiberglass lug point

what we looking at ? the little button thingy or the ram mount ?

not bad glass work btw

Remember that broken lug?



Well I took some more of that fiberglass


Threw in some small strips that I cut up


Built a little platform under the lug and wadded up some fiberglass


Cut it down and made it level


Took some green foam and made a template from the other side


And used that to make an outline for the final product



Drill the hole, smooth everything out, and voila!


All that was left was to put everything back together

Looking real good there malbojah. i never thought about using 'glass for plastics repair, I'll have to give it a go.

New fork seals, (used 1-1/2' pvc for a driver) and new coolant hoses took up half my day yesterday.

The new Pilot Road 3's are sitting in the spare room waiting to be installed, got a few more miles left on the 2's.

i did the same thing but instead of using fiber glass resine i buy a product a the art store that is use to make vitrails which is like ard plastic and it becomes as hard as Abs and his moldable.

same technic as malbojah

Great work.

Lowered the driving lights using some aluminum brackets

Preped her for th new season

Changed the oil
clean and lube the chain,
verified collant
did some small bodywork
and STARTED HER!

What a feeling,still puring like a kitten!

Oh and also got myself new boots to go with th bike:
