finally got it on the road! i was out riding it today! hell yeah!

now i just have to put the fairings back on. i forgot how sick this bike sounds past 6k.

 

got her some new shoes.. Pirelli Sport Demon

 

Nothing. She didn't need any attention what-so-ever, so I rode her down to the brewery for lunch. Reliable counts for so much.

tomorrow the 1990 Silver Bullet goes up on the lift to be given some well
earned TLC , oil and filter , pull chain and sprockets and degrime .
Good Kero' cleaning of the rims as well & wash and polish all fairing
panels and take off the rack and refit the Original Honda Grab Rail.

 

I rode to work and lunch the other day in about 100 degree weather.

 

i rushed home on my lunch break and picked up the bike because i missed it.

rode it up to work half naked cause i havent put all the body work back on since i changed the oil, ha.

 

You cheeky bugger Classic .......... my huge ego has been trashed again !

Today I went about cleaning those white bloody rims on the 1990 ........what a pain
in the ****. Damned Cannucks had hot tar all over those roads up there and that ****
got everywhere ........still only half done using Kero to get it off .......... ***** unreal !
Put some Mobil 1 4T full synth in her with a napa 1356 filter and used Honda Proline
cleaner / polish to get her sparkling again. Couple of paint dings left to touch up
as I said from those crazy roads up north !

So House , were you running that 100 degree weather in your pink and yellow
