Default Vibration.. please help!

Hi, not sure if anyone alse has experienced this but after a fast long ride I get pins and needles in my hands seemingly due to the handlebars vibrating. Do I need heavier bar ends or something?

Many thanks in advance...
Phil

I found with my 92 model the front callipers were just touching so I would spray that calliper cleaner into them and they would be good as gold for 1000 ks or more. Also if your tyre is running with too much pressure or wearing in the centre.

Proper tire pressure before a long ride helped me.Reducing your grab on the handlebars to the barest minimum such as necessary to steer will reduce fatigue.
