Tyre pressures...
Just wondering if my tyres deflate at a normal rate. My last bike was a R1200GS and I only had to check the tyres once every 3-4 months and even then they only dropped 4-5 psi. With the CBR I have not ridden it for about 2 weeks and have not tested the tyres for just over a month, back was a soft 16psi and the front was 32, the backs supposed to be at 42... If I ride it regulary it will probably be on about 20 in 1 months time.
Just crurious if this is acceptable? The tyres are only 5-6 months old as well.

Mine deflate too, but not that fast - maybe 2-3 PSI in a month. I fitted those valve covers that tell you if they're dropping pressure - what a bargain. I run at 2.8 bar/R, 2.6 bar/F (41/38psi)
Maybe your tyre's not seating properly on the rims, or there's valve leakage ?

If your tire air pressure loss is more than 5psi/month it's not normal. I'd go looking for that leak. It's slow enough that it might be tough to find. A pump spray of soapy water might reveal it, start at the valve. If no luck, Pull the wheel and put in a shallow tub of water, rotate it around till you find it. Sing "Tiny Bubbles" as you go. Good luck.
My tyre pressure was still the same after the winter storage this spring.Checked it before a trackday about a month ago and it was still the same.I don't think it's "normal" at all when the tyres leak air/pressure...
