UK Tyre pressures
A word of warning to all the UK riders out there, it may also affect the rest of you too.
I was out for a bit of a trundle and the rear end was feeing a bit squidgy so I pulled into a major service station to check and pump up the tyres. You cant!!!!
After a detour to three other service stations and a supermarket filling station the same problem!!
All the tyre hoses have a metal pipe at the end to help the limp wristed car drivers to inflate their tyres but this stops any "cane" riders from checking theirs, no amount of trying would allow me to get the end of the hose onto the valve ARGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sorry guys rant over, just remember to check your tyres at home, I suppose this would be the same for any big bike

Yup , it is a pain at many, if not most service stations, ....those bloody hoses are a worry ...
Me , I have a great little 12V compressor, with a service station style flexible hose and I check my tires at home ...
This issue is certainly worth a mention sawnee, especially for the newer CBR owners mate ...
