I have ran these and still do, great for highway miles, and then you can go ride the twisties if you want.

Bon matin Jacques!
I personnaly prefer the Avon Storm2 tires, i love them in the wet and once warm they grip very well, don't forget these are heavy bikes and with a softer compound they might wear very very fast. As for the Avon I have done 17000km with a set. And if you don't plan on putting the knee down on a track a sport touring tire will do.
On another note 180 fits perfectly that is what i have on mine,
To buy them I suggest Pete's superbike ( you can order trought the web) best prices around and I know a shop where they charge 18$ per wheel to install them if you bring the wheels . Where dealers might charge 50 per tire...
For parts I suggest Hamel Honda in St-Eustache as they are great on service.
For mechanical, the big stuff I get it done by Ami sport in Laval as they do great jobs ( Honda Cabada used them when they cannot figure a problem on a bike,he tunes a lot of bikes for racers) and he is not that expensive.
By the way if we arrive with both bikes in St_eustache, keith the guy from service will be jumping up and down as he loves CBR1000f!
Cheers!
