Default Tires question

Hello everyone. Does anyone know if there is a limit for how much can you lean a 2005 f4i with stock tires, in optimal track/street/weather conditions? Well , I guess what I am trying to ask is if could safely (as far grip is concerned) drag my knees on the street with the original tires... Or you need to use soft compound tires for that..... Thanks!

This is what I have on my bike:

Rear tire: Tomahawk T3 180/55 ZR17 M/C 73W Dot-Race

Front: Bridgestone Battlax BT010/011 120/70
120/70ZR17M/C 17 BT010F BW TL F 58W Speed Rating Z

I wouldn't want to drag a knee on the street. You never know where there is gonna be gravel or other road boogers. Tires are to a point now that you don't need to worry about it if your riding smoothly. If there is traction available on the pavement, you'll be dragging pegs and other low parts before your tires have issues. But again, tires are only half the traction issue. Can you ever be sure what the next corner has for traction?
