Are there ever get-togethers?

Just yesterday I emailed Lori at the campground to find out how she wanted me to go about things. It might end up that she'll just have folks contact them individually and make hte reservations, or I might take up a collection from folks and make one group res...not sure.
I forget if I already posted this or not, but the link is www.huntslodge.com . I know the folks who own it, and they're about the best couple of people you could ever meet, bike related or not. And on top of that, Jack is a very good mechanic, and a a wizard with a welder (should the need arise). Oh, he also speaks fluent French and Arabic...and a couple of other languages too...a regular Renaissance man.
I'll post up when I get a response. Thanks!

I got a response from Lori at the camp ground. Here's a copy/paste.
So far, that weekend is wide open. The rates are $40.00/1 person, $50.00/2 people, $60.00/ 3 people, max. 3 ppl per cabin. Tent sites are $12.00 per night for 1 person, add $6.00 for each additional person in the tent. We do offer a military discount, so if anybody in your group is active duty military, make sure they know to show us their ID when checking in. The online reservation form also asks if they are active duty. I'm currently traveling and will be back home on Wednesday night. Reservation requests will be honored on a first come/first serve basis.
Personally I want to stay in a cabin, but I'd like to share it with someone. If anyone is interested, let me know. I will warn you that I snore sometimes, although breath-rite strips usually save me (you).

I'm not dead
Sorry I've been gone for so long. I'm hoping to make the trip. May 14-16? Mine would have to start a few days earlier and end a lot later, but I've always wanted to ride across the US of A. There are a few things I need to do to the old girl but I'm pretty sure she would be up for the trip. How far ahead do we need to make reservations for the cabins? I need a go no go date, so I have an idea of how soon I need to get my bike in shape.
