Default Feel your pain...

Damn...those F**ker man. Feel your pain bro. Hope it turns up somewhere. Such circumstance that I have to park mine outside, I always put on a rotor lock ($15). But now a days, I've heard many bikes was just pick up by 2-3 guys and place into a Van/Caravan from the side sliding door, so don't matter if you have a rotor lock, they can take your CBR in 15 seconds. Sounds ridiculous but true..anyone who parks there bike outside with or without lock, is a risk of getting stolen. Just imagine, coming out from convenience store and bike gone!!!! CBR owners BEWARE!!! Crazy man...

Well I got the carbs on today after going through them and ensuring they are clean(had a late start as work kept me real late and we had a turkey dinner, had to have seconds lol) I am also downloading a manual for my new toy right now. This way I can get all the hoses and wires put on the bike corectly. Tomorrow I will get a set of plugs for her and hopefully fire her up and see how she runs. I still have a few things to do before she is road worthy, like nuts and bolts for the fairings and such. Hopefully my CBR shows up, I miss her dearly. if she is beyond repair I will have parts for sale, and if not then I will have 2 bikes lol.

Lost a Norton Commando back in the 70s that way. It was locked up but they did just that, picked her up and put it in a ute and drove off. It was gut wrenching!!!! I feel your pain as well!

ok as for safety measures, I am buying a Xena disc lock with alarm, as well as a Gps tracker for my bike. I have seen plenty that run off internal batteries, but I want to hard wire one to my bike. I will post pics, and details if anyone is interested.

Sounds like the go mate!

Isn't it sad that we have to go to such lengths to protect the stuff that we've worked hard and honestly for!

Bike thieves are the same as paedophiles in my book.
Neither one deserves to live...................
All we can hope is that she shows up soon.
