I forgot to mention that I drilled mine out a few weeks ago.
I started small (which is a good idea for pilots, anyway), and then just worked my way up until I got the sound how I liked it.
4 holes in each can.
Sounds great, and people can hear me better (which is also good)...

I like the sound of that. Sounds like mine with four holes. I went with the 1/2 inch holes. If I can get a camera to record the sound with out messing up, I will post mine too.

Much better with the holes Mark....your mufflers still sound like they have a good amount of packing in them still ... Now that you have holes , a few hard runs will start to burn that chit out of them ...

Mine have no holes , but have been partially gutted by the previous owner apparently .....makes them just a fraction deeper ..

Nice vids, sprock!
Mine has 4 holes like Indiana (I think mine are about 1/2", too).
It sounds a little bit louder than that.
Your cam takes some pretty dam nice vids! Very cool.

Steve, yours are definitely gutted out a bit. Sounds good!

Yup ...pretty close Mark.... I think the previous owner had these done professionally ...the ends cut of and some stuff removed ...not sure what exactly ....I recon its just a touch deeper , but yer , very close Mark...

HEY .. Mark .BTW ... that bloody talking smiley near gave me a heart attack ..!!!!
I had my sound turned way up from vids , and **** me dead , I hit that smiley and it freaking screamed at me !!!! near jumped across the bloody room into Kerris lap !!! except she jumped outta her chair as well from the dam thing ....LOL

No chit ...turn your sound way up and I dare yu to hit that bloody thing to try it for yu self ... in a quiet room ...
