I just finished my stick coil mod the a few days ago and got to ride for the first time today. I can't say that i really notice much of a difference, but hopefully it will help with reliability down the road since the parts are 10+ years newer.

Well done Ryan,

For the CBR1000F most of us were replacing 20-25 year old coil systems so noticed it was easier to start and idled more smoothly etc.

Thanks man. I was pretty proud of myself. I need to clean up the wiring a bit, but the tank covers it so its not terrible. I also wish my plug wires were black instead of yellow.
