Well I screwed up trying to attach a photo of the plastic nut, oh well went to local honda shop today and they had a replacement in stock. It made my day. Got home installed everthing and speedo works great. Just going to change the oil and filter put plastics back on just in time for the weekend. Thanks again to all for your help!
