It is back to where it was, starting it when it is warm. Kinda hard to start. I will sinc the carbs and adjust my adjuster screws.

What are prezzies?

I am running NGKs.

pablo, prezzies is a brit term for "presents" or "gifts".

As in giving your bike the "gift" of new plugs.

There's nothing wrong with NGK plugs. I run them in everything.

You crazy brits, giving odd names to everything.

Nah, I joke.

I have heard a lot about Iridiums, are they noticeably better?

This is just my opinion, but I'd say no.
If your standard plugs are firing, then fire is fire.
However, iridium will last longer in hi-temps than standard copper, so life expectancy should be longer. They cost more, though..
I've never had a problem with standard plugs. Some people really like the iridium ones.

A while ago, I bought a set of CBR carbs on ebay. The listing said they were cleaned. When I received them, I lifted up the piston/needle on each carb. Two stayed at the top, one came down slowly, and the last one would hardly move. If I had put this "cleaned" carb on my bike, it could probably start, but it would run like crap.

I think the piston/needle controls from 1/4 throttle to 3/4 throttle. When the piston/needles slide smoothly in their bore, you get a nice snap to the throttle.

Since you've already checked the choke and air filter, you may have to clean the carbs. If it was mine, I would check the ignition advance too.
