Default Rough Idle

A few months ago I posted on here that I had a rough idling bike after it warmed up. I cleaned and drained the float bowls on the 1 and 4 cylinders. Also ran some carb/injector cleaner through the tank. That fixed the problem, now she purrs like a cougar

In case you didnt know, you should be putting premium gas in your 1000f. Cheap gas dirties things up VERY quickly.

Glad that you are running fine again.
However our bikes are meant to run on regular, and in fact will get worse mileage and foul plugs faster on premium. The octane of the gas has nothing to do with the quaility only the burn rate. Higher octane will burn slower to stop dentination. Unless you've raised compression really high, or have a huge cam with a ton of overlap, regular will work just fine.
