And she was only 3 miles from the house! I am soooooo dang happy right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's great news FOX !!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm so happy for you - esp with minimal damage - they clearly had a buyer in mind and didn't intend to strip it or it would be GONE.

The RF900 is a nice bike but loses out a bit only having 5 gears. I did like the cubby holes in the fairings for small items like cellphones (mobiles) and extra small stuff, which the Hurricane could really use !
The steering is a bit "quicker" than the 1000F as I think the steering angle is a bit shorter and I found it a bit disconcerting until I got used to it.
Would I swap my 1000F for an RF900 ? - NO WAY !!!

Once again, GREAT NEWS mate !!!!!!!

Honestly I think they just wanted to joy ride it, alot of bikes are found ditched in woods excetera, and they blew the starter fuse, prolly couldnt figure it out and left it. I really think that they couldnt even start the bike. I know it wassnt a pro, since they tried to smash the iginition in my parking lot. A pro team would have just hoisted it to the back of a truck and left.

Although they're still pr!cks for taking your ride and causing you all that grief, it was left on the side stand, not just thrown off a truck into the brush. For that they earn a reprieve from the pox I cast on them earlier...maybe just a short term, nasty rash.
