I pulled the mirrors off today as I'm getting ready to paint. I'd really like to replace them with something that doesn't have the awful plastic and rubber setup but I think I'm gonna have trouble with fit. I suppose I could install different ones and fill in the old mounting holes before I paint, but the way the cowl is sculpted for the stock mirrors will still be a pain.

 

Thanks for the site! I need mirrors for mine too and I wasn't looking forward to buying the OEM stuff!

 

Anyone have any idea if the mirrors for a '93 can fit on an '87?
