Hi all, like it says above looking for best UK price if anyone can help, dont want to fit second hand, dont want to get from USA (want it yesterday) googled a lot got it down to £68-46 but i am sure i have seen them cheaper, just cant remember where, part no is SH261-12, for 91 CBR1000F-M, any help much appreciated

Basically, the rectifier changes alternating current to direct current. The regulator changes excess current to heat. Doesn't matter if it's a Honda, Triumph or Vauxhall Victor (I had the Vauxhall as a Matchbox when I was a kid). If you need it now and can't find the right one, see if you can get one for another Honda with the right connections. Assuming you don't want to cut wires and splice on spade connectors. A Honda one will be better because the wire colors will probably match up. You could use one from a Kawi, but you won't know if the brown wire is for the regulator wire or rectifier, etc.
