Chitowart

Sorry, but I havn't removed my rims or rotors, so I wouldn't know about that spacer(but they are OEM parts)

Unlike 90% of the members on this forum I'm not a mechanical god with my fingers [:@] So a lot of my repairs, but the simplest of them all,is done by a mechanic. I would like to become better at repairing my bike, but I think I lack the currage to a total stripdown of the bike.
But then again. I'm only 31 years old, and have a lot of time to learn a lot of mechanical tips

Did like Noe's mechanic, i left the 50mm spacersoutof my forks.
R1000 came over and we measured the suspension sag both front and back and it looked ok.
Thanks R1000.[sm=smiley20.gif]

How much free and static sag do you have now front and rear? And how much do you weigh? (hope you don't mind, measking about your weight)

And how many clicks /turns from max is your preload and rebound?

I would like to compare it to my own figures and see if im totally of the scale here...

Sag with me (100kg) on the bike is in front 25mm and back is at the time 25mm too (from free sag), maybe a bitlittle sag but i'm gonna try this for a while and se how it works out. Measure again/adjustsoon again...maybe the springs settle a bit...
Rebound....takes the rear to get up arounda second...or just under a secondwhen you push i down, i go a lot with feeling when set the preload...someone one's told me that when you stand with you bike between your legs and press the bike down...as far back on your fueltankas possible the suspension is to go down/move equal front and back...right or wrong...don't know but that's how i do.
