Default Possible solution to vibrating front end

Continuing on from the vibrating front wheel and the thought that it's a badly worn tyre thats behind it ........... Has anyone experienced Continental Road Attacks on their CBR? I've only had michellin and dunlops in the past. I can get a good deal on a set of these but just wondered what other people thought of them.

Comments ??

Kev.

I don't know anyone that has put them on their CBR, but I've talked to several people who've had them on their bikes. All rated them very well, nothing bad to say.

I seem to remember that there was a thread about what tyres others were using on their bikes. I'm not certain but i think it was about nov/dec06.

Could it not be that the brakes dont retract (revert?)and is a little bit "on" the whole time?

Quite possibly Rhino, I will checking it out this weekend when I get a chance weather permitting. I stripped down the read brake and replaced the fluid a couple of weeks back and they were quite stiff so it's quite possible the fronts are in a similar condition. I'm getting it prepped for it's annual MOT test here in the UK anyway so I'll check out the brakes then. Need new tyres anyway tho.

To check this, just get the front wheel off the ground and see if it spins freely. If it does, it's not your front brake.
