My 94 honda cbr f2 is acting up....vibrating handle bars and when i look down at the front wheel i can actually see it moving and wobbling. does this mean its out of balance or is there a problem with the forks?? or is it something else?Please help and thanks for your post!!

 

Check your steering head bearings and wheel bearings. Wheel may be out of round as well.
