Itblooks like u might have a busted petcock. Is ur off also stopping the gas flow?

i have a brand new petcock, month old .. old one that came with the bike was a leaker .. it flows fine i tryed the flow on RES off of the tank to make sure it wasnt blocked

I know now he's on gravity feed. When I was having my fuel pump troubles and went gravity to make sure my problem wasn't something other then fuel delivery, I was surprised at the line routing. There was a lot of it. So without seeing how much fuel line is on this bike. I'm beginning to think something is either kinked or might be too close to something warm and causing a vapor lock.
I'll suggest running the lines through its normal course of travel as if it had a pump and maybe slipping a larger inner diameter hose over the bends to prevent kinking and where, as an insulator, near any hot engine bits. That's the best I can come up with. Good luck to you
