Yes your odometer will be off by the same amount.
It is driven by the same gearing mechanism as your speedo - so how could it be accurate if your speedo is out ?

Bicklebok, yes.. if your speedo is off, your odometer is off.
I know on digital odometers, the odometer can actually be correct while the speedo is high.... but that shouldn't apply here.
Just like the speedo-healer doesn't apply to our bikes.

I checked my odometer against mapquest.com on a 420 mile ride last week. They matched to the mile but I still read 10% high on speed.
If I change gearing, as already mentioned, both would then be off.
