Pretty stupid question...which is the off position?

 

theres an arrow on the "pep **** " or the gass on thing on the left side of the bike. up is on i think down is reserve and in the middle or pointing towrds the back of the bike is the off position. any other stupid questions? lol welcome to the board.

Thanks, one of the straps actually snapped in a turn resulted in the bike tilting off the kickstand and pretty much flying away.
