Mirrors........questions
Looking to put new mirrors on my bike a Model year 1990
See a lot of mirrors out there for specifically 1993-> up
So what's the difference between 1990 and 1993 -> ???
Liked the look of these ,thems & those
(yep I'd have to paint 'em )
but need to know what the fitment issues might be ?
The Old Mirrors I have right now look like two gnarly Walrus Flippers
keep them for show ..........they stink for riding !.......need new ones
Anyone got any opinions ??........even better anyone done it lately ??

I like walruss flippers !
But yes, not wide enough unless you have shoulders like Papa Smurf........
As for your choices - 1 Maybe 2 Crap 3 Uggh (all will look crap painted BTW)
Why don't you buy the 93 model mirrors - they are wider and I think the bolt size is close enough. I 'll find you some.......................

My local bike mechanic has a fitment book with all kinds of specs for all kinds of bikes. he looked up the bolt spacings of my mirrors because a mate of his wanted better mirrors on his bike. Our mirrors were in there with bolt spacings etc. Try a couple of local bike shops and see if any of them have a similar book, then you'd be able to choose from a heap more different ones. Personally, I think my '94 ones look great ...not like walrus flippers anyway
