Nope no squaring off, but then I don't ride on the highway. One of the reasons I might try something a bit sportier from them next time.

Could be a long time to wait! They seem to be wearing rather well. 
If the rain carries on like this in the UK at the moment, Steve's tyres will perish and split from lack of use long before they wear out. Your more likely to see cord poking out through this thread.
