When my 87 baby is cold its idling at 1050 or so very smooth. Then when its a bit warm its at 1800 and when its been ridden for like 100 km or so it goes bananas to idle at 2800 till i put it in gear then it goes down to 1800.
Classic sign of carbs need balance.

did they sync the carbs when they rejetted?

Wow! I was just thinking that. Got thinking about the rejetting and the carbs would have been out for that.

I fixed most of it with adjusting idle correct and rest i hope to fix with making the radiator turn on when its suppose too. Now its way better after doing idle adjustment the right way. Doh
