Then I'd maybe try the balancer again......... followed by some gel grips.
Do you think the carbs could be much out of sync if I'm averaging almost 49 MPG?

A mate of mine had vibes through his bars and cured it by filling the bars with silicone sealer!

It's hard to really tell based solely on mileage. Mine are synced and I don't think I've ever gotten 49mpg... even on highway trips.
It couldn't hurt to sync them, but if you don't have the tool or whatever... that's up to you.

49 MPG - on a US gallon - damn that's good................
As Trout says, checking them can't hurt.............

Yea, I ride pretty easy. I shift around 5-6k most of the time, then keep it around 75 mph indicated. This is still slow sometimes, but keeps the RPMs under 5k which is where the gas mileage goes down.

This morning I was in traffic and at 3-4k a lot and noticed the vibes really bad. I'm going to check the motor mounts, but don't think that's it. I know the tires are balanced as I can take my hands off the bars at any speed and there is no shake. Man I've gotta figure this out.

Here's the question of the day, when you put the bike on the center-stand and rev it up, does it buzz like you are feeling on the road?

Great idea! I have heard of filling them with sand before.

OK, a few things I tried.

I adjusted the balancer again. I also took the weights off my rims and put Dyna beeds in the tires. The buzz/vibration still seems to be there. Along with coming through the right handle bar mostly, the vibration is also coming through the right peg more than the left. I think it just seems this way as my left hand is able to come off the bars, and my left foot moves around more due to shifting and what not.

Any ideas about why it would be coming through the pegs as well?

Only other thing I can think of might be something up with the clutch basket and or clutch plates etc
since you say it seems to be concentrated on the right side ! and you can feel it through the pegs
