Well, i have my new HID's installed and i beleive its the ballasts that are buzzing. Some people said theirs does the same thing but only for a few seconds and stops. Mine doesnt ever stop buzzing. The kit i got was from DDM Tuning, H7 35W 6K bulbs. Is this normal for the buzzing noise to stay on constant?

 

Some buzz during warm up. however most do stay buzzing just less then when they start up. Its pretty normal. if it stops buzzing then i would be concerned

 

mine stop after a few seconds. once they are warmed up they take so little energy to keep going

 

and i have h7 35w 6k bulbs from ddm tuning

 

So are mine not norml then or is it something i shouldnt worry about?

 

as long as they are working and have a warranty i wouldn't worry about it....

 

I have owned about 10 different HID kits from everyone from chinese knock offs to Hella to DDmtuning and they all buz some. More when they start up on average but I have never had any that stopped buzzing all together. The DDMtuning kits are the best I have used but also seam to buzz around the loudest. Nothing to worry about.

 

Cool, thanks for the info. I love the HID's i put in. The "night and day" difference hardly describes it. These things are awesome!!
