Thanks for the info and comments guys , the photo does make the bike look better than it is in the flesh but i`ll put a few £ `s into her and over time things will improve. First job is to paint the wheels ( a little hard to do when you use the bike daily) but the way it rides is superb so this ones worth a bit of effort........................Ride safe :-)

I always wait untill I'm due for a new tyre , then sand it down a bit and give it a quick coat of white Hammerite , befort the change . That way I dont need to spend all that time taping the wheel up for over-spray and you can whip the old balancing weight off as well.

BTW when your due for new tyres , take a look at these guys , they're the cheapest I've been able to find , prices include new valve , fitting , balancing and disposal of the old tyre . If you can beat 'em let me know!

You`ve got good taste there mate. Your bike does look a very clean example, very nice indeed. I`m sure you`ll love it this summer ( if we get one ) I use mine everyday , rain , sleet , or snow and you can`t fault the ride from these machines. Ride safe .... M.

same as mine mate and I have the annoying rattle to. It goes away as well after she warms up a bit. Am looking at getting it fixed though as it annoys the sh&t out of me. I priced a CCT today and at $350 here in Oz, I will be getting one from the USA. Re paint your wheels and put some red rim stickers on them. They come up very nicely imo. Good luck with her she is nice.
