Hard to start, slow starter

I tested a Gen 1 Busa in a shop and found it to be much more powerful and agile than the Bird. So I sold the 153 whp tuned Bird and bought at brand new Gen II Busa, a 2008, which gave about 183 whp with full exhaust and PC III. I used it a lot for 3 years and then got a severe heart failure. I and the doctor was quite sure this was it and I sold the Busa while being in hospital, to fill up the wifes bank account for future needs since I thought she would be on her own. When I recovered, and I'm in real good condition now despite the bad prognose, I went back to the roots and bought a GSX R1000 which is a safe buy for me since that was the first and loved bike I bought when I started in 2003. This is what I have now and there is no desire to replace it.
But, having owned a couple of bikes I have to say the CBR1000F was the most comfy bike and gave the most riding pleasure of them all since it was great to use on track as an under-dog, and very well performing on roads. The CBR1000F is a highly capable and very pleasant bike.

She's a beauty! I was in the Stealership the other day (First time in 20 years) and I swear the new bikes are so ugly I don't want any of them. the only decent looking ones were BMW's.

Sorry to here of your health issues, but very Glad to here things are looking up and going well now, and may you have many, many more continued years of better health and recovery! I was just wondering the other day what ever happened to you on the XX side of things. After selling all of my RC51 and parts, I got the 900RR project going again and putting a updated 1275 cc XX engine in it that is going thru a big repaint, mods, and update as we speak. And of course I still have Canes, VFRs, and CBXes. When you get a chance send me a PM. Wishing Good health and continued improvement to come your way.
