front end noise

Hows it going. I have a 1990 1000 its in good condition and rides pritty smooth. But im hearing a noise when im at low speeds like a tapping coming from the front. Not sure if when goin faster can't hear it when engine winding up. It kinda sounds like my turn signal is on but it not it just that kinda sound maby. Anyone have any ideas befor i make any movies let me now thanks.

Whack her up on the center stand if you have one fitted ...
Get someone to sit on the rear of the seat to lift the front wheel up off the ground.
Spin the front wheel to see if it is your brakes...

It will either be your brakes or your wheel bearings prolly...

maybe head stem ?? , but prolly not if its only at low speed...
