Front calipers seized
when super stuck you have to block the fluid line with a bolt then drill both pistons
and tap with grease nipples and force 'em out with a grease gun .........you get a hell
of a lot more psi this way .........but obviously you sacrifice the pistons
or a banjo bolt drilled with a grease nipple too .....just a lot less psi ...but the pistons
don't get destroyed in the process ...... bit trickier getting the nipple into the banjo bolt
You'll have to step them out each side with shims , no point having one free and the other
still stuck
nice thing about grease over air is the pistons come out in a controlled fashion
not like spud gun as with air
But I tell ya Bud ....... the grease method will get them out guaranteed... time and patience
is all that's required
but grabbing a replacement on Ebay can indeed be an easier way out unless you're a stubborn
diehard

K boys,
thanks for the info. Did Ern's method and they came out but not without a fight. Used a C clamp on the one that moved first just to keep it from popping out. Pistons look fine, cleaned with emery and oil. Lotsa goo inside, fluid was as we say around here "wicked old".
