Has the rear of your bike been raised?

Mine seems to lean pretty far over too and the small size of the foot on the kick stand is a problem on softer surfaces. I usually park my bike on the center stand for assurance I won't have any issues and it takes up a little less space in the garage this way too!

Good question. I dont know. How should i adjust the setting as a starting point? I did ride someone recently that was about 160 pounds and it was very noticeable, so i cranked the setting up some, but the problem with the stand i have noticed when i bought the bike.

All bolts seem to be in tact i dont see any apparent problems. will put the wrench (or spanner as i was taught) to it this afternoon.

Hi,
I presume that your "side stand light" is working? You mentioned you thought you had the side stand down but didnt????? The other thing is that when you flick the stand down, once it reaches the vertical position, it should kind of flick to "full extension" on its own. Cant describe it any other way. Mine regularly needs a spray of WD or whatever to keep it smooth. Try flicking it up, once the stand reaches vertical, it should fly up on its own again......

Cresent here too. Except in the south we pronounce it crasant. LOL

Side stand seems to be working fine and all bolts are tight. Maybe it is supposed to lean as much as it does. Couldnt tell from the posted photo examples for comparison.
